Maria Napolitano is the Broker at Allegiant Management Group, co-founding the company in 2012. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. A proud mother of four, exemplifying leadership through her actions.


In 2006, Maria shifted her focus to property management after several successful years as a licensed real estate agent. Using her expertise to meet the unique needs of Central Florida’s real estate market.


She leads with a deep understanding of market trends and the ever-changing dynamics of the industry. Maria strongly believes in the importance of professional development and upholding ethical standards.


She holds the RMP® (Residential Management Professional®) designation from NARPM®. As well as C2EX® (REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence), and AHWD® (At Home with Diversity) certifications.


Under Maria’s leadership, Allegiant Management Group has become a top property management firm. People recognize Allegiant for its expertise in the Kissimmee and Central Florida rental markets.
